Our emphasis on leadership skills and communication best practices prepares you to align any project with your organization’s strategy and integrate across organizational boundaries to solve problems and achieve enterprise goals and objectives. With the guidance of industry advisors and program faculty, you'll construct ethical infrastructure and apply the essential skills needed for all strategic leaders including communication, negotiation, persuasion, and influence.
In our online master's degree program, you will learn the differences and similarities between agile and traditional project management through experiential learning and hands-on coursework aligned with the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). You'll utilize real-world scenarios and simulation software to master the project lifecycle from start to finish, including fundamental project management concepts such as a project charter, components of a project management plan, a work breakdown structure (WBS), and a risk management plan.
