Consulting / PwC - For the past fourteen (14) years, Mr. King has been a Real Property & Facilities Practice Leader at PwC Public Sector Practice / Guidehouse Inc. (spun off from PwC in 2018, now operating as Guidehouse, a Bain Capital company) focusing on delivering user/occupant focused Real Property & Facilities, Capital Project and Portfolio Management solutions to government, multilaterals, and commercial and institutional clients. Representative engagements include:

·       Delivery & Transition for NATO’s new €1.25B, 2.6M SF headquarters in Brussels BE

Corporate Real Estate / Sony - Prior to his work at PwC/Guidehouse, Mr. King led Sony Corporation of America’s Corporate Real Estate Division, for eighteen (18) years, with responsibility for the operational and occupancy-focused real property functions of Sony’s North American electronics businesses and US-based entertainment businesses (e.g. Sony Music, Sony Pictures, Sony Computer Entertainment (Playstation)); encompassing 350 locations and 24,000,000 square feet of administrative and technical properties spanning 30 Countries, more than $5 billion in asset value, and combined business unit revenue of more than $22.7 billion (2010).
