Kathleen Bolger
Kathleen “Kathy” Bolger serves as Chief Operating Officer of PortfolioFirst Parking Solutions LLC, an international parking asset management firm. She has more than 25 years of experience in parking facility development, feasibility analysis, project management, ongoing operations oversight, contract compliance, and client relations for projects which include hotels; residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties; medical centers; universities; airports; and municipalities. Her international experience includes extensive work in Central Europe and Southern Africa, as well as Mexico and the Middle East. Her expertise includes financial modeling and budgeting, auditing and reporting, general operations oversight, contract compliance, and client relations, including the development, implementation and ongoing fulfillment of contract, service and reporting requirements. Ms. Bolger has a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University, and a J.D. and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago.
