We invite you to participate in a virtual sample class for the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies and Doctor of Liberal Studies degree programs. You’ll have the opportunity to get an inside look at each program by exploring an in-depth topic.

Class name: Defining the Italian Renaissance
Instructors: Ori Soltes
Description: In this course, we ask, "What was the Italian Renaissance? When did it begin, and when did it end? Why was it called 'Renaissance'? We will discuss ideas associated with the Renaissance reflected in literature, art, music, and science, while also reflecting on the legacy of the Italian Renaissance that continues to offer such compelling ideas.
