Executive Overview of Presentation

Meaningful connection between people requires presence and openness. Mindfulness practices (practices that direct our mind's attention in particular ways in the present moment) build our capacity for being present and open - to ourselves, to others, and to the spaces between us. Join us for this Knowledge at Noon gathering to learn more about mindfulness and how it can help us foster more meaningful connections in your life. You'll also have the opportunity to experience a variety of mindfulness practices.

About the Speaker

Jennifer Miller, MA, ACC, NBC-HWC, faculty member for Georgetown University's Certificate in Health & Wellness Coaching, is an experienced Health & Wellness Coach who allies with individuals to improve the wellbeing of their body, mind, & spirit.
