Timothy White

Tim White is a Partner at Insight Property Group, responsible for setting the acquisition strategy and sourcing new projects. Tim is also responsible for the financial structuring and underwriting of all real estate acquisition and development transactions.

Tim earned a B.B.A. in Finance from James Madison University and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University where he served on the Student Advisory Board for Real Estate.

Tim is an active member of the DC Real Estate Group, Urban Land Institute and a member of the Board of Trustees for Emerging Scholars, which provides independent school education to families with bright children facing economic challenges. Tim also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University in the Master’s in Real Estate Program.
