Eugene Tibbs

Eugene E. Tibbs, Jr. is the General Counsel of Spaulding & Slye Investments where he focuses on joint ventures and the acquisition, financing, and disposition of commercial properties. Mr. Tibbs graduated from Georgetown University prior to earning his JD at Emory University. Following graduation from law school, he received an LLM in Real Property Development from the University of Miami and later a Masters of Professional Studies in Real Estate at Georgetown University with a concentration in real estate finance.
