Michael consults as the director of operations and finance for a private real estate development firm in the Washington, DC metro region.
He is also a Principal for a publicly traded national engineering consulting services firm. He specializes in deal administration, analysis, and underwriting, capital stack structuring, equity raising, and project optimization for the development of large scale commercial and private residential developments throughout the region. He is responsible for the development, maintenance, and execution of project business plans. Michael earned his Master of Professional Studies degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. Michael continues to be involved with Georgetown as a course instructor as well as a thesis adviser to capstone candidates.
He is a licensed engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has passed the CFA Level I exam
