Mohsen currently works as a consultant for a private real estate development firm. His focus is on multifamily and senior housing projects including market rate, affordable, and tax-credit deals in the Washington, DC metro region. As part of his initiatives, he is a consultant to the District of Colombia Housing Authority and directs the several rehab and renovation projects that the Agency performs on the buildings across its portfolio.
He has over 20 years of extensive experience in managing construction projects, creating feasibility studies, analyzing financial models, and underwriting real estate development deals. As part of his career, he also managed high-end development projects in Dubai while the city was rapidly growing.
