There has never been a better time to be in Human Resources. As organizations around the world strive to become more productive, innovative, and inclusive in today’s digital economy, the demand for talent professionals with strong HR skills and business acumen is soaring.

The Georgetown University Master’s in Human Resources Management will prepare you to be an HR leader in this new world of work. You will gain the HR knowledge and the analytical and problem-solving skills required to design and execute effective talent and organizational solutions. Our comprehensive curriculum is rigorous and includes nearly 30 courses spanning every stage of the talent life cycle, from pre-hire to retire. The program is delivered in a flexible format (asynchronous online, evening classes, and accelerated learning), so you can choose the format and pace that works best for you. A key differentiator of our program is that you can customize more than 50% of your curriculum through five in-demand focus areas: Strategic Human Capital Management, Talent & Organization Development, Diversity & Inclusion Management, Global HR, and HR Analytics & Technology.
